Unfortunately we had to use PDM twice within a couple of weeks, but fortunately for us we had Pete do the work both times. He is very polite, professional and did a great job both times. He kept the work area clean, caring for our carpet, etc. He explained everything to us before he left. Well done!

Bathroom plumbing repair. Replaced the drain pop-up to resolve the issue.
Water leaking in basement from a poured pan shower. Nothing leaking from drain area. I pulled faceplate on trim and could see no water damage or evidence of leaking. I then poured 5 gallon bucket of water on grout lines in corners of shower and it began to leak. Issue with tile or grout, not plumbing. Recommended she call a tile company for her next step. While doing a free home inspection, there was a small leak on a 1/2” copper line in the basement going to the hose bib. The customer wanted to see if her father could fix it.
Replaced sump pump with budget option.
Furnace maintenance. I inspected the furnace, cleaned and reset to factory specifications. The unit is working safely at this time. The unit is quite old and suggested the benefits of a high efficient furnace replacement.
Replaced water heater under Home Depot warranty. Tested for safe operation and removed old tank. The water heater has a new 6-year warranty.
ESTIMATE TO INSTALL NAVIEN TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER
Sediment in screen of kitchen faucet. Cleared out and good now
Faucet repair. Customer tried installing his own cartridge on first floor shower. He damaged new cartridge that he had to order or valve was so full of sedimentation it would not seal. In order to get his water back on I had to cut open wall behind shower valve in garage and cap hot and cold line off. Customer is going to have us install a new customer supplied shower valve with trim that he is getting and will call us when he does to install.
Plumbing repair. Replaced section of cold water supply in basement. Galvanized pipe was leaking at 3” galvanized tee. Tee had galvanized going in top, copper coming out of bottom and cove going to side. Cut all out and replaced in copper and cpvc pipe. Turned water on and not leaking.
Commercial heating repair. No heat, removed and cleaned pilot assembly on power burner for paint booth. Inspected unit heater for no heat. Found bad circuit board. Replaced ignition board on Building 6 unit heater.
Commercial boiler repair. Found small leak on nipple going into condensation return line take nipple out of tee and permatex threads and reinstall turn heat on seems good. No leaks. Warranty work
Furnace maintenance. Performed clean and test on furnace but it wouldn’t start up afterwards. After troubleshooting came to the conclusion that it needed a new board and replace a faulty wire. Furnace is running at this time. Provided quotes for a new furnace.
Water heater repair. Relite pilot on heater, sparkler is bad. Had to manually relite. We are replace heater soon.
Furnace repair, gas valve fault, replaced gas valve under warranty.
